. . . in Via de Cristo
So, what is Via De Cristo you may ask? Via De Cristo is actually a Spanish phrase meaning “Way of Christ”, but in Minnesota and many states across this nation, it is a three day retreat designed to strengthen and renew the faith of Christian people and bring them to a new awareness of living in God’s grace.
Immanuel currently has one of the largest Via De Cristo communities within the northern part of Minnesota and we’d love to add more of you to that community! Those of us who have attended a weekend can tell you, it’s changed our lives! I attended my weekend 14 years ago and my life has never been the same. My faith is stronger and I’ve gained so many brothers and sisters in Christ that I didn’t know existed.
So, you want to attend?? You can obtain an application in the church office, or at mnviadecristo.org. Fill out an ap-plication, find a sponsor and you’re on the way!
The next weekends in the north are scheduled to take place in Cloquet, MN in October. The men’s weekend is scheduled for October 10-13th and the women’s weekend follows on October 17-20th. Take a leap in faith….you’ll never regret it! For more info, you can also contact me at 218-820-3174.
