God knows that two of our greatest needs on a weekly basis are
rest and worship with other believers.
It is part of God's planned rhythm of life.
It is so important, God even commands that we
"Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy."
God invites us to gather with the rest of God's family
to share our worship and praise together.
When we Gather in Worship, Christ is present!
The Holy Spirit moves among us!
God meets us there!

We are blessed here at Immanuel that when a 5th Sunday falls in the month, we have a special prayer time during communion at both services. This is a time set aside for all of us as a congregational family to receive prayer. After receiving communion, you (ind. or as family or as a couple) proceed to an available prayer person where you may request prayer for a specific need or simply receive a prayer of blessing. This is truly a special spiritual opportunity for everyone!
